You must be at least 18 years old — or the higher minimum age required by your operator/license jurisdiction — and not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, to open and use a tot55 account.
All transactions are processed in accordance with the operator's current payment policies. Familiar local payment references include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL and UBL — availability is subject to the operator's configuration.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

Fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
tot55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tot55 ("tot55", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tot55 online gaming and sports betting platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued access to or use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's licence conditions, to register an Account and use the Platform. tot55 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy in respect of underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person below the applicable minimum age will be suspended immediately, all transactions will be voided and any funds deposited will be returned less any amounts already wagered, at tot55's sole discretion.
The Platform is not available to persons located in or ordinarily resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. tot55 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account if it determines, at any time, that the Account holder is located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
Each person may hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balance or Bonus Funds held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account. tot55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify tot55 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. tot55 reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation of suspected security breaches, fraud or other suspicious activity, without liability.
tot55 requires all Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to, a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tot55 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting tot55 Player Support. Outstanding real-money Balance will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds and compliance with withdrawal processing timelines. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Deposits to your Account must be made using payment methods approved and available on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform. tot55 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Payment references familiar to Pakistani players — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be listed as available options, subject to the Operator's current configuration and the availability of the respective payment provider. The mention of these providers does not constitute an endorsement of, or affiliation with, tot55 by any of those institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements; (c) the withdrawal method matching the deposit method used, where required by the Operator's anti-money-laundering procedures; and (d) the minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in the Cashier section. Processing times vary by payment method and may take between one and ten business days.
Account Balances are maintained in the currency selected at registration. Where amounts are quoted in these Terms or on the Platform in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), conversion rates applied will be those in effect at the time of the relevant transaction. Currency conversion fees may apply.
tot55 reserves the right to refuse, reverse or withhold any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms or any applicable law. Players will be notified of such action except where notification would prejudice an ongoing investigation.
All Wagers are subject to acceptance by the Operator. tot55 reserves the right to refuse or limit any Wager at its sole discretion, including without limitation in circumstances where: (a) the maximum Wager limit for a market has been reached; (b) there is evidence of irregular betting activity; or (c) a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
Where odds or markets are offered due to a manifest or obvious error (whether human, systemic or technical), tot55 reserves the right to void any Wagers placed at those odds. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. This clause applies regardless of whether the Wager has already been settled.
In-play markets — including live cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, tennis and UFC markets — are subject to additional rules specific to each sport. Bets placed on live events are accepted subject to the visual delay inherent in live streaming; tot55 does not guarantee that a bet was placed before or after a specific in-play event occurred. Settled in-play results are final unless a manifest error is identified.
Markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, PCB, FIFA, UFC). Where no official result is available within 90 days of the scheduled event date, tot55 reserves the right to void all affected Wagers. Settled results will not be amended except in cases of manifest error.
Maximum payout limits apply to individual Wagers and cumulative parlay/accumulator bets, as displayed in the relevant market rules. Where winnings from a single event exceed the stated maximum payout, any excess will be forfeited. These limits exist to manage operational risk and apply equally to all Players.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions offered by tot55 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible game/market contribution rates will be stated clearly in the promotional terms. By way of example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x Wagering Requirement requires total qualifying stakes of PKR 10,000 before withdrawal eligibility is met.
tot55 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to: (a) registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; (b) using low-risk or hedged betting strategies solely to meet Wagering Requirements; (c) colluding with other players to complete wagering obligations; and (d) any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and Bonus Funds plus associated winnings forfeited.
Bonus Funds and free bets expire on the date specified in the relevant promotional terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account without notice and are not eligible for reinstatement.

tot55 will not knowingly allow any person under the applicable minimum age to access the Platform or place Wagers. Where tot55 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account holder is underage, it will suspend the Account pending age verification. Players are urged to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling platforms.
Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 prohibits certain forms of gambling. tot55 does not claim that its services are licensed, approved or regulated by any Pakistani authority. Players in Pakistan bear sole responsibility for assessing the legality of their participation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Breach of this section may result in, without limitation: immediate Account suspension; permanent Account closure; forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds; reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities; and civil or criminal legal action where applicable.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall design and layout — is the property of tot55 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: (a) reproduce, copy, distribute or publicly display any Platform content; (b) create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform; or (d) use any tot55 trademark, logo or brand element without prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to tot55 regarding the Platform may be used by tot55 without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. tot55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or that defects will be corrected. Access to the Platform may be suspended for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs or events beyond tot55's reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tot55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if tot55 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Where tot55's liability cannot be excluded, tot55's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tot55 is not responsible for the conduct, content or availability of any third-party services — including payment processors, game content providers or data feed suppliers — that interact with the Platform. Any disputes arising from such third-party services must be resolved directly with the relevant third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration or to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as determined by the Operator.
If you are a player in Pakistan, you acknowledge that Pakistani courts may also have jurisdiction over certain disputes; however, this acknowledgement does not constitute an admission by tot55 that its services are subject to Pakistani law or are authorised by any Pakistani authority. You are advised to seek independent legal advice if you have concerns about the legal enforceability of these Terms in your jurisdiction.
tot55 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes that affect Player rights, withdrawal conditions or responsible gambling obligations — tot55 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
